In obedience to Judgments/Orders of the Chancery Court at Greeneville, Tennessee, in the above-styled case, I will on Saturday, the 28th  day of January, 2012, beginning at 10:01 a.m. ON THE PREMISES, SELL, without the right of redemption or equity of redemption and subject to the Judgments/Orders entered in above captioned cause, to the best and highest bidder, the real property described in the corresponding papers, filed in the above referenced cause, and located in the 8th Civil District, Greene County, Tennessee. The address of the subject property is: 2412 Blue Springs Parkway; Greeneville, TN 37743 [Map 085, Parcel 106].

Pursuant to the orders of the Chancery Court for Greene County, specifically the ORDER, entered August 25, 2011, as well as the ORDER, entered December 12, 2011, Kay Solomon Armstrong is ordered to sell, as Special Commissioner/Master, the improved real property [house on 0.91 A+] described as follows:

SITUATE in the 8th Civil District of Greene County, Tennessee, and being Lot 1 of a survey titled “Georgia King Estate” which appears of record in Plat Cabinet H, Slide 744, in the Register’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee, to which further reference is hereby made and incorporated herein.

BEING a portion of the same property conveyed to Susong King and wife, Georgia King, by deed which appears of record in Deed Book 216, page 587, in the Register’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee. Susong King predeceased his wife, Georgia King.  Georgia King died testate in Greene County, Tennessee, on June 11, 1993 and pursuant to the terms of her Last Will and Testament which appears of record in Probate File No. 93P113 in the Clerk and Master’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee, she devised her real property to her five (5) grandchildren, Tracy King, now Tracy King Olson, Brande King, Tammy King, now Tammy Franklin, deceased, Matthew Whaley and Ray Allen Whaley, subject to a life estate to Sammy King and Ray Whaley.  Sammy King died January 27, 2002.  Tammy King Franklin died intestate in Greene County, Tennessee, on January 10, 2009 and was survived by her three (3) minor children, Tyler Franklin, Corey Franklin and Samantha Franklin to which further reference is made to Probate File No. 2009P105 in the Clerk & Master’s Office for Greene County, Tennessee.   Brande King died intestate on April 2, 2010 and was survived by her mother, Connie King, who constitutes her sole heir at law and next of kin.  For further reference see a Complaint and Order of Sale which appears of record in the matter of Ray Whaley, et al v. Tyler Franklin, et al, Case No. 20100058 in the Chancery Court for Greene County, Tennessee.
