All this, plus complete weather, sports, and business.   Jim Bohannon airs weeknights 1:00 AM until 5:00 AM on WGRV.


The Outdoor Report
Ten minute program hosted by Retired Tennessee Wildlife Resource Association Officer Bill Nance. The show, which airs on Fridays at 3:45 PM, focuses on hunting and fishing conditions, including lake stages, open seasons, hunting safety, and boating safety.


Swap 'n' Shop
Locally produced call-in show allowing listeners to place items to buy, sell, or trade on the air. The program is open to any caller, except businesses. Swap 'n' Shop airs Monday through Saturday at 9:45 AM and Monday through Friday at 6:15 PM.


Community Calendar
Daily listing of church, social, and community meetings and events of area interest. The Community Calendar airs at
8:20 AM and 4:15 PM, and is included as part of the 12:30 newscast and Town Crier News at 5:00 and 6:00 PM and is posted daily on-line.


Radio Bingo
Local on-air Bingo game played between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM on the Hometown Radio Show. Listeners play along on Bingo cards provided by WGRV. First person to Bingo each week wins cash. New games begin each Monday.


Birthdays and Anniversaries
Read each morning on the Hometown Radio Show. Names submitted by listeners. Two winners for prizes are drawn from the daily list.  Submit your birthdays and anniversaries through our webpage.


Students of the Day
Students picked by principals at all elementary schools. Names read on the air during before school and after school hours.


Live at 10:05
Interviews concerning topics of local importance, the topics range from blood drives, community events, political candidates, and issues of community interest. Airs at 10:05 in conjunction with those events.

From 12:00 Noon to 1:00 PM Monday through Friday, Gospel Music played.


Saturday Morning Oldies Show
Each Saturday morning from
5:00 AM to 10:00 AM, we pick and play some of the best in classic country. Artist featured include Patsy Cline, Jim Reeves, Hank Snow, Johnny Cash, Porter Waggoner, and all the legends of country music. The show also spotlights one particular singer each week.
